I absolutely love this product!
It fits me vwell and I've never experienced leakage. I wear my panties with a menstrual cup, but my first-day flow is so heavy that I occasionally leak through my cup (especially at night!)

These panties are my lifesaver. At this point, I have 10 for day & night wear with a 5-day cycle.

My advice is to go up one size; they are tight. If you have some belly fat like I do, this option worked for me better than other styles from this shop. And it’s very sexy :)

I started looking into period underwear after siscovering my favorite naturap tampons were not so "natural".
As someone with PCOS with actual cysts in my ovaries (not everyone with pcos has this symptom), I was not willing to take the risk of them getting bigger or something worse if I kept using the "natural" tampons. So I did my research to all alternatives, true organic and natural alternatives and narrowed it down to period underwear being my best option! After comparing and seeing videos about every brand out there...I decided Heralogie was the way to go! They are so absorbent, and the coverage is amazing! I bought 4 of the heavy, 2 of the moderate and 1 light pair, and let me tell you I cannot complain about anything! I used every single pair this month. It says you can wear them up to 12hrs without any leaks, but being the first time using them I changed them every 6-8. And even then, they looked like they could keep soaking up some more blood. The styles are suuper cute and basically make the underwear not look like your basic period underwear, but kinda sexy especially the heavy pair..it has mesh!
Now when it came to washing, I rinsed the first pair I wore, and I was in shock about how much blood came out, the underwear stays dry throughout the day so I had no idea how much it had actually absorbed. The next pair I didn't rinse before washing, I threw both in a dedicates bag and washed in in cold water in the washer, and then lay them flat to air dry. I will say they took a while to completely dry, which makes sense since the padding is cotton and that takes forever to dry. But that wasn't a problem since I had 5 extra pairs to wear, while I washed the 2. For reference, I have my cycle every 28 days for 4 days.. 2 heavy flow days, a medium and then light days with maybe 1-2 days of spotting and the 7 pairs were enough with
washing them at the end of the day and having them dry overnight.
It was kind of weird and scary feeling free flow, but after day 2...I had the confidence that there will be no leaks and this is the most healthy option for my body.
Also, customer service is top notch! I had ordered my usual size and had made a mistake on the address. I reached out to customer service about the mistake immediately and they fixed the address problem on time and let me know not to worry, that it would be fixed. They also let me know that the heavy and lace pair usually run small, and they could send me the next size up from what I had ordered so they would fit. They made sure to tell me that if the new size didn't work to just reach out for a free exchange, but an exchange was not necessary..the fit was perfect with the changes they suggested.
Overall, this was the best purchase, never going back to tampons!
